We are eager to deliver your order to you as you’re to receive it! In order for us to get your order delivered to you in a timely manner, please ensure that your shipping address & contact details are complete & accurate before checking out. All rates are calculated at the checkout.
Since all our products are made to order, they are dispatched within 3-5 working days after the total order amount is credited to our bank account. Once the amount is credited & the order is confirmed you shall receive a dispatch email from our side or our courier provider with the relevant shipping details or your order.
All our products are made out of 100% natural ingredients. We highly recommend you to perform a patch test prior to using the products, unfortunately we are unable to offer any returns in case any of our product(s) does not suit you or meet your requirements. However, if there is an issue with the packaging or the physical nature of the product, we are happy to offer a partial or full refund depending on the issue that you are facing or alternatively offer a refund or credit note under the following terms:
- Any issues must be indicated to us in writing at email@example.com within 14 calendar days of the dispatch email that you receive.
- The items purchased must not be or sale or in conjunction with any deals or promotions.
Note: We don’t offer any refunds, returns or credit notes if the product does not work as expected by you or delivers the desired results that you may expect.
